General Purpose

This voice-powered simulation lets learners practice customer service skills through a real-time spoken conversation with a 3D AI character. The learner speaks naturally into their microphone and the character listens, thinks, and responds verbally with lip-synced animation and dynamic facial expressions.

Built as a standalone web application that can also be embedded into Articulate Storyline for integration with investigation phases, guided coaching, and AI-powered performance evaluation.
