General Purpose

This AI Fluency Program is a multi-modal learning solution designed to support enterprise-wide adoption of AI-assisted development workflows using Claude Code. The program simulates a real-world rollout, equipping software engineers with the practical skills, tools, and mindset needed to effectively integrate AI into their day-to-day work. Rather than focusing on theory, the program emphasizes workflow-based learning, decision-making, and performance support, enabling developers to apply concepts immediately in production environments.

Key Features of This Program Include:

  • Scenario-Based eLearning Module: A fully interactive experience following a realistic developer persona, featuring branching scenarios, technical decision-making, and applied AI workflows such as spec-driven development, prompt engineering, and failure recovery.
  • Quick Start Reference Guide (Job Aid): A high-impact, two page performance support tool designed for in-the-moment use, covering key commands, prompt structures, token efficiency strategies, and workflow best practices.
  • Interactive Prompt Library: A searchable, role-based prompt library with contribution workflows, token visibility, and real-world usage guidance; designed as a living system to support continuous learning and team-wide knowledge sharing.
  • Video Tutorial Storyboard: A production-ready storyboard for a short-form tutorial demonstrating AI-assisted development concepts (e.g., token efficiency), using a narrative-driven, side-by-side comparison approach to drive measurable behavior change.
