Eyes on the Water is a 12-card mobile microlearning experience developed in 7Taps for the IDLance Community's "Camp Whispering Pines Design Challenge". Designed for newly hired camp lifeguards, the course provides just-in-time training on essential waterfront safety procedures, including whistle codes, swim zone classifications, zone scanning, buddy checks, and professional conduct expectations.

To increase learner engagement and retention, the course uses a narrative-driven approach centered around the legend of Silas Thorne, transforming routine safety procedures into a memorable learning experience. Animated visuals, custom GIFs, an explainer video, and scenario-based knowledge checks reinforce key concepts while maintaining the fast-paced, mobile-first experience that 7Taps is designed to support.
