General Purpose

This guided buyer experience is designed to help first-time home buyers get clear on what they actually need, versus what they really want and can comfortably afford. We use this information to help clients determine a budget and a strategy for rating properties and submitting competitive offers when they are ready to make a home purchase.

(This project began as a vibe coded solution for a fictional real estate agency in an eLearning design challenge. It was later adjusted to the needs of an actual real estate agent and then SME reviewed for feedback and eventual adoption of their new clients.)
