General Purpose

This interactive simulation uses an AI-powered chatbot to provide a realistic training experience for developing customer service skills. Learners engage in a dynamic roleplay scenario where they practice handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and applying best practices for communication and problem-solving.

This project incorporates adaptive conversational AI, branching scenarios, and personalized feedback to deliver immersive, learner-focused experiences.
